This is an entirely natural product. We don't use plastics or lacquers, and premium water-safe, food-contact-approved adhesive is used to ensure the board is completely food safe and made to last.

The board is treated with pure food-grade mineral oil blended with citrus oil, allowing the oil to penetrate deeply into the oak while leaving a subtle, fresh citrus scent.
